There is a (semi?) official release in Malaysia entitled ''Black Sabbath Live in USA '94''  In spite of the 'photos of Ozzy on the cover, the CD includes  Smoke on the Water, so features Mr Gillan.  The sound quality is good, and Ian sounds in good voice.  Also, no sound effects of Spinal Tap-style Stonehenge falling over!!
