No, this show was recorded in San Francisco in 1974. It's just odd they were on a short time, then pulled.

They sure looked promising...Jimi Hendrix, Van Morrison, Aretha! But 60 minutes later they're off the site. Don't tell me the nuclear blackout in Florida affected Wolfgang's Vault! Or did Beyonce pull the plug on the Queen again?
PLEASE get these back...and just for punishment, double this week's shows!
Thanks,
T

Hi,
Thanks for posting the Beach Boys concert this past week. I collected their bootlegs often in the 1980s and remembered having this one. It was a great show and incorporated some fine music from the ''L.A.'' album (an old favorite.)
I'd welcome some other BB shows I'm also aware of from past bootlegs (Big Sur Festival 72, London 77, even ...

Hi,
Glad to see the new 1972 Randy Newman show post, as it's one of my favorite periods in his career (and Sail Away one of my favorite albums). But the song's lyrics you quote refer to ''Political Science'' (''Boom goes London, and Boom Paree/More room for you and more room for me...'') not to ''Lonely At The Top'' which Randy ...

Donnie Dacus joined Chicago in 1978 after Terry Kath's death (from an accidental gunshot wound, not Russian Roulette)earlier that year. Kath played on this show, Dacus' first LP with the group was Hot Streets (the first Chicago LP with a ...

Hi,
I was concerned about recent RIAA rulings on royalties paid performers for songs streamed over Internet radio. The Copyright Royalty Board is apparently asking for much higher rates on Internet streaming which could cause some sites (including, possibly, this one) to fold. I couldn't help but think about it when reading the news of network ...

How will the recent royalty rate rise affect Wolfgang's Vault, which I believe you consider a streaming radio station? Business news has it that royalty rates may nearly triple within 5 years. As for the music, it's great and please keep it coming. I'd welcome some classic Yes shows, as well as Todd Rundgren/Utopia (which I haven't seen come ...

Gentlemen, just my luck I hear about this amazing site from the same Rolling Stone article where artists are suing to have it taken down. This is a wealth of top quality music, and I hope somehow you can reach a compromise should it come to that. Listening to vintage CSNY now, and would welcome classic Yes shows should you have them.
