• Re: Elton John

Reghead, I'd have to agree....Reg's ''wild'' lifestyle has deterred some potential fans(not that he needs 'em) which is a pretty sad statement about the world in general, especially audiophiles...But if you can't look past his flair for outlandish costumes, and his sexual preference, you don't deserve to be a fan anyway....One of the best, longest ...

  • James Taylor

One of the classic singer/songwriters of our time....Any J.T. fans out there?...I have passed along news of this site site to a bunch of of my audiophile pals, and keep getting ''Thank You'' calls from them for turning them on to such a great site...I'll keep spreading the word, and thanks again....from all of us....Peace

  • Re: Journey

Another Band I've seen many times....I was 14 at my first show, and these guys are the second concert I had been to...it was 79 or 80' s Evolution Tour...Great stuff...I get the cheese factor thing, but still enjoy 90% of their catalog...Saw them at a local college with the wife this year...Neal, Ross and Caine are still in fine form...the ...

  • Re: Elton John

I thought I was the only Elton fan here!?...I've seen 8 shows...with a full band...solo...3 pieces...but the Best Elton show by far was when he had percussionist Ray Cooper backing him up...Cooper has an array of instruments about the stage, and seamlessly glides from one to another within the span of each song...Great stuff to hear and ...

Just wanted to say a big ''Thank You''....Read about The Valt and Wolfgang on the cover of the Rolling Stone, turned to page 14, and joined the site in minutes...What a great gift to music fans....Having access to these vaults takes me there, and that is priceless...Keep up the great work....How about some more Elton?
