Regarding the legal position, copyright is a complex issue and live shows in particular are a legal minefield because a) they rely on contacts and agreements made at the time which may or may not have been specified and if specified may be lost b) copyright law itself is fluid and so legal issues depend on when shows were recorded c) copyright laws

Thanks for the 1986 David Gilmour set from the volcano benefit at the Royal Albert Hall. Your info incorrectly says the set starts with Blue Light whereas your playlist has the correct song ''You Know I'm Right''. Text says Blue Light is funkier than the usual DG fare which is true. In fact you should have Blue Light ...

Does anyone remember Gryphon who played throughout the 1970's.
They were started off as a folky style outfit using a lot of traditional medieval instruments and playing both self-penned music together with traditional northern hemisphere pieces. As time went by they metamorphosed into a more progressive outfit melding their original ...

live_historian:Oh while I remember, can you please let us know if WV has any footage of Genesis's Lamb show at Berkeley. We're driving ourselves mad speculating about this.
This footage was filmed by a german television station for a documentary at the time, and they only used short clips of in the cage and a few others. who

MrBB:What a great post Nedhead! It should be a required reading addendum to our summary! Having logged this remarkable recording going on audio perception alone, your message gave me a much clearer picture of the show. Recollections like this are always welcome and appreciated. You'll be pleased to know that the complete late show is being readied

Hi,
Any chance of some kind of inventory (however rough), much easier to request if we know what's in the pot. Meantime if you have any Camel please please post it. Great work you're doing here.

Speedy71471:Not really, live_historian. We know in fact that all the tracks from Live were from Leicester except Return of the Giant Hogweed, and the only song performed at Leicester that does not appear on the album at all is Supper's Ready, and this is available from one of the many fan remasters/trading tapes of the test pressing LPs of ...

Long live Wolfgangs Vault, you're the best thing to happen to the internet!
Really enjoyed hearing your recording of the Pink Floyd Oakland 1977 show. It is SO refreshing to know there's someone around who will give fans a voice and deliver what we've all been hoping for all these years: superb archive recordings. Puts the ...

First off, thanks for posting some live Yes on your amazing fantastic live rock site.
As dp said in an earlier thread, it is well known in Yes circles that the King Biscuit show is in fact the much celebrated (and bootlegged) show from Wembley's ''Empire Pool'', recorded on the evening show of 28th October 1978, recorded on 24 track tape ...

Thanks for the PHENOMENAL Genesis ''Lamb'' concert, you're so right about this being a holy grail realized. The Genesis community is incredibly excited about the streams you've provided. Genesis management have been tantalizing fans with the proposition of Archive releases for ages, but as the years roll on they sound like empty ...

Many thanks for the excellent Shrine Auditorium Lamb show, until now we'd only been able to speculate that the master resided in the King Biscuit vaults. This really is a HUGE bonus to Genesis fans everywhere - kudos once more to the mighty wolfgangsvault!
Some corrections you might want to incorporate in the accompanying details:
1. ...

Adding my voice to the ''please give us Oakland 77'' petition.
Nice to hear those 3 songs you played on the old ''In Rotation'' but how
much better it would be to hear the full stream.
Cheers.

Yes thanks for that Jon Animation tour stream, especially great to hear the full show instead of that tantalizing 60 min broadcast.
If you do the King Biscuit Yes Boston Gardens 11-Dec-74 show please make that complete also :)
But the holy grail for Yes fans must be a soundboard from the Going For The One tour. They played ...

Just some of the delights which reside in the King Biscuit vaults:
10-jun-76 Hammersmith Odeon, London
02-jan-77 Rainbow Theatre, London
27-nov-83 Philadelphia Spectrum
Would really love to hear them - FULL SHOWS PLEASE
And thanks for the two streamed so far.
Oh one more thing, did Bill Graham make a video of the Berkeley 22-jan-75 ...

Interesting with this stream to hear I Know What I Like and the Drum Duet which were missing from the original King Biscuit broadcast. Also interesting that missing Burning Rope was on the Archive#2 official release. Can someone please tell us if this the stream show is all that remains of Houston 78 in the vaults or if there might be ...

Yep Bottom Line 04-Oct-78, originally 30 mins broadcast on KBFH together with 30 mins from The Cars. Since featured almost annually in the King Biscuit PG ''retrospective'' program (20 min excerpt). What I'd *really* like to know is whether there's any more of this material on the KB mastertapes.
