I just wanted to check that, with all the recent lawsuits etc, that the Vault was aware the 2 tracks from the LA Forum (19th Oct, 1968) are officially released on Cream's boxed-set and Goodbye albums. I'm not an expert at all on whether officially released material needs permission to get airplay - maybe not. Best to be prudent and let you check!

I'd be interested to hear the response to this question as the concert (along with the other concerts, LA Forum on the 18th, 19th and San Diego on the 20th) we professionally recorded by Cream's management for official release. As it turned out, only 3 tracks were officially released from the Oakland performance (the rest were too badly performed) ...

Hi - this is for anyone from the Vault. There are currently 2 Cream concerts ''uploaded'' - Oakland 10/04/68 and LA 10/19/68. Some tracks listed under the LA concert are wrong: 1. White Room - this is in fact from the Oakland concert 2. Sweet Wine - this is in fact from Winterland on the 10th March, 1968 and not from the Farewell tour. Could ...
