Machs,Sounds like you need to upgrade Flash for FF3.  While in FF3, google ''download Flash player'', get to Adobe's page, install the latest version, close your browser and then re-launch, and you should be all set.If this doesn't do it, you'll need to do a full uninstall / reinstall of Flash.  This is documented on our HELP ...
