I just wanted to check that, with all the recent lawsuits etc, that the Vault was aware the 2 tracks from the LA Forum (19th Oct, 1968) are officially released on Cream's boxed-set and Goodbye albums.
I'm not an expert at all on whether officially released material needs permission to get airplay - maybe not. Best to be prudent and let you check! The Oakland concert does not have tracks officially released available.
If you are to remove any tracks, do you have any others to add? One the engineers posted on the feedback forum you guys have alot of stuff to process - make sure you have any Cream high up the list as they don't have much live stuff! Maybe you can post a list of stuff you have here?
