    Trouble buying a show

I just tried to buy the latest featured Ringo Starr and his All-Star Band show http://concertvault.com/ConcertDetail.aspx?id=20052514%7C5918&aid=35303. I added it to my cart okay, but when I click on proceed to checkout, I get told that there are no items in my cart. D'oh!

    OS: Slackware Linux 11.0
    Browser: SeaMonkey 1.0.8 (Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8.0.10) Gecko/20070306 SeaMonkey/1.0.8)

Needless to say, I'd really like to toss a few bucks your way.

    Hi Trane,

same answer as to your other question.  If it's not showing up in your cart, then cookies aren't being successfully set.

We have not tested the SeaMonkey browser.

Lastly, if you do purchase the Ringo show please be aware that our Download Manager does not currently work under Linux.  If you make a purchase let us know in the CONTACT US page and we'll make sure to get your download to you.

Please check your cookie settings on the server. I suspect there is a domain conflict between concerts.wolfgangsvault.com and concertvault.com.

Hi. Well, I do indeed seem to have a grave problem. "Contact us" just doesn't work:

    Hi.

Uhm. How do I download a concert in case I'm a Linux user? I just bought a Kansas show (Order number:....-....-..) and I got passed to a page the offers me a download manager only for Windows and Mac. Help? Pretty please? :-)

Many thanks. You guys SO rock for offering all these classic performances!

    ====================================

Needless to say, I really would like to download this concert, and I'd really like to be able to do it from my Linux system from which I'll be listening.

    Re: Trouble buying a show

Our apologies Trane, our CONTACT US page was down for a bit earlier today.  It's back up now.

And we still do not have a download solution for Linux.  We are working on it, but have no timeframe yet.

    Re: Trouble buying a show

Thanks, Paul. You folks might want to look into the joys of Java (write once, run ... you know what I'm talkin' about). I just downloaded a show from livephish.com. That was as easy as it gets ... Checks to make sure you've got the right java version installed and then off it goes. Linux support? Piece of cake. :)

I'm looking forward to receiving the Kansas show. Super concert.

    Re: Trouble buying a show

My most gracious thanks to the good folks in Customer Support for getting this show to me painlessly! And to anybody wondering about the sound quality of the purchased shows: Outstanding! Well worth the price of admission.

    Thanks! I'll be buying more.

I am having a problem with the KISS show - there is no 'buy' button (that I can see). What's up with that? What am I doing wrong?

You're not doing anything wrong. That show is only available as a stream (so far). Fun show.
