    Humble Pie

Was a big fan of early Humble Pie (nothing after Smokin). Peter Frampton was truly a great lead guitar player (Listen to live at the Filmore) and Marriot a brilliant british blues singer.

I had the opportunity to catch them at the hollywood bowl in the 70's. The shows line up was
    Edger Winter w/ white trash
    Humble Pie
    Emerson Lake and Palmer

it was a truly great show.

    Re: Humble Pie

I was at The Fillmore East to see Humble Pie @ late March early April 1971. They played two songs that they never played again. One was "Money" (That's What I Want) and the other was something Steve Marriott called "Rock # 21".  Anyone ever hear the Pie play these two ? If these shows are on tape, man, would that ever be great !
