I cannot seem to find any Doors concert.  This is a pity as I think that they are one of the most exciting groups from the 60s together with Jefferson Airplane.

Indeed, it is unfortunate. I do not know the circumstances, but if we have Doors shows they should go up soon.

In the meantime I have created a Doors performer forum and moved this thread there.

I would love to hear some of the early Doors concerts  - especially from Los Angeles performances. There had been some great videos of these on YouTube but they were removed for copyright violations.

I have to add my voice to the Doors requests. This is a fantastic site, with some fantastic concerts, but The Doors are conspicuous by their absense. Please? :)

I heard the guy that owns the vault on a radio show yesterday and he said very early Doors shows are on there way soon.

I very well could be wrong about this, but I have the impression that the recording quality of the Doors tapes in the Vault are of rather poor quality.

Back in the 70s & 80s a few Doors concerts showed up on vinyl and cassette bootlegs. The sound quality was invariably terrible, hard to listen to and impossible to enjoy.

Post The Doors!- They are the best band in the world. Danish Radio just dedicated  a whole evening to Morrison and The Doors.
