Tried everything install flash 9 java script is enabled cookies everything Concert Window w/ concert but states Flash installation NOTHING HELP It used to work fine

I am using a windows millenium computer with Flash player version 9 which the faq says is supported but the concert stream keeps trying to force Flash player version 10 which is unsupported by Millenium. Why did the webmasters decrease functionality?
