White popup says "[Band name] Installation" Nothing happens

Running Safari 3.1.1 and OS 10.4 on a G4 Mac.

The popup player remains white and blank, though at the top it reads "[Band name] Installation" . It remains blank and no music plays.

I haven't seen this particular problem described in any recent post (i.e. since the change)

    Logged in? Yes
Unchecked "Block Popup Windows" ? Yes
    Enable JavaScript in Preferences? Yes
Downloaded and installed Flash 9? Yes
    Cleaned out browser cache? Yes
Cookie setting to Accept Only From Sites Navigated T? Yes
Firewall? Not sure about that one, but listening from home and was able to listen before site changed.

Hope you can help. I've been a fan for a long time and have really appreciated the site.

    Segue,

You need to completely uninstall and reinstall Flash.  Occasionally Safari v3 is confused by this.

So our help page at http://concerts.wolfgangsvault.com/help.aspx#bad-flash for details on how to do this.

YES! That did the trick. Thank you immensely. I am in touch again with the music. I suspect your karma account is overflowing...

    Hi Segue,

Sorry for the long delay in answering your post.  It sounds like you need to completely uninstall and reinstall Flash, and you should be all set.

For more in this, see this entry on our HELP page:

    cheers - Mr. PC
