Frank definitely needs more representation. He was brilliant. The mid-70s group was probably the best, the one that featured George Duke and Ruth Underwood. In my view they far-surpassed the early incarnations of the Mothers in terms of musical quality. There was also more focus with this group, and less of the on-stage joking around. Volume 2 of You Can't Do That On Stage Anymore has this group playing in Helsinki in 1974, and it's one of the best live sets I've ever heard. Not to mention the album "Roxy and Elsewhere." More of this music needs to be heard.
