    Re: Concert Vault Feedback

Yeah....Kirsty's great...her death was a tragic loss.  I know there's a tape of her and Billy Bragg performing on KCRW's "Morning Becomes Eclectic" show from back in the 90's.

Let's see....I know that KSAN also had a killer (and often bootlegged) in-studio live show by Van Morrison / Pacific High Studios, 9/5/71.   The circulating tape is monophonic, though....could a stereo tape exist?

This is a classic, incredible performance, and the show is enhanced by the mellifluous tones of Tom "Big Daddy" Donahue.  I'd like to "cast my vote" (not that I have one, mind you) for INCLUDING any introductions done by Donahue on these Record Plant shows...he was an incredibly important part of the Bay Area music scene in the 60s and early 70s in spite of not playing an instrument.

Also:  other shows that I know KSAN recorded:   they had a great Southside Johnny show from the Savoy Tivoli/San Francisco in 1975...and a Joe Jackson from 1979 at the Old Waldorf.
