We have not had any network issues for over a month, so the problems alluded to earlier in this thread are not what's preventing you from listening.

If you are behind a proxy server that is not allowing streaming on standard Flash streaming ports - RTMP 80, RTMP 443, RTMP 1935 or RTMPT 80 - you will not be able to hear the Concert Vault.  If you are in an office environment, check with your network support people.

If you cannot view YouTube videos its likely the same problem.
