Absolutely, The lineup of Anderson , Squire, Howe, Wakeman and White was the most memorable for me. Yes was my first Rock Show in July of '77 at the now destroyed New Haven Coliseum in CT. Donovan opened the show which set the ethereal tone of the evening. The Going For the One tour, still stands now, even after over a thousand live performances, the best I've attended. I would kill for a recording of that show. The band , I believe, was at their height of performance ability and song writing. I had never listened to Yessongs previous to the show, and wasn't much of a Yes fan, I only heard the radio play Roundabout and All Good People. Yes fans would understand, it was like seeing ... well you know, my eyes were opened. To this day when the subject of the "5 best guitar players" comes up, Steve Howe is always no 1 because of this show. In the intervening years, I have seen some incarnation of the Band, each and every year they toured, sat in the front row a couple of times, but was always kinda disappointed. No Yes or ABWH or Union tour comes close to the intensity, power and energy The Lads had that night in the summer of 1977.
