I wish the concert that's here from '78 was the Memphis show. It was used for a King Biscuit Flower Hour around '79 or '80. The Stones played "Midnight Rambler", and with Ron Woods' killer lead guitar, it's the best version I've ever heard. My copy is long gone; gladly pay for another. I was at the Philly/JFK Stadium show that year, the one that was deemed the worst Stones concert ever (up to that point); Jagger had the flu and sounded like a frog. Remember the Saturday Night Live episode with the Stones? That was how he sounded. He did get better as that tour went along.
I was surprised at how much early (including 1972) stuff I found on YouTube. The sound quality is what you'd expect from a highly compressed, thumbnail sized .flv, but at least it's something.
