On Black Oak Arkansas in your write up - While you might think they have "faded away", they are still playing and touring. I would hope that you could update it.
They are doing the Swedish Rock Fest this year. There's a new CD in the final stages of production right now.
The current band line-up is - The two original members Jim "Dandy" Mangrum (lead singer, washboard, and acoustic guitar) and Rickie Lee Reynolds (rhythym guitar). The other members are Johnny Bolin (Tommy (Deep Purple) Bolin's brother) on drums, George Hughen (Gray Ghost) on bass, and Hal McCormack (Tora Tora and Deep South) on lead guitar.
Two years ago, I bought the rights to their 70's music (Far Fetched Music and Pond Tunes). Their 70's catalog had somewhat languished under the ownership of the former manager Butch Stone. Since then, there have been some new releases of that music by 24-7 New Music, Rhino, and now Wolfgang's Vault.
Vaults Of Karma has released some of their previously recorded (unreleased) music.
