I saw them in Waterbury, CT., around 74 or 75? I think they were headlining. Anyway, as soon as they started playing, people from the front were running to the back. Me, caught in the vortex, ran to the front, and quickly learned why others were running away. They were soooooooooooooo effing loud. Never heard a band louder since. Black Sabbath? Uh-uh. Swans? Fuhgetabowdit.
