Thanks for getting back to me.   I have a laptop with Windows XP Pro, Service Pack 1 (the company won't upgrade to SP2.)  I have not installed anything recentely as I do not have full admin rights.  And I do not beleive any updates to programs have been pushed in the recent past.  Browser is IE, Ver. 6.0.2800.1106.  The internet conncetion is broadband, through the company network.  The laptop is relatively new (less than 6 months).
