    All the cliches...

All the cliches stand up about the most creative period ever (1966-73), and Graham as THE force in bringing us the entire gamut of styles and performers. I remember Graham saying the 'Allman Brothers were the best band ever to play the Fillmore.' I have to agree. And I'm partial to Jefferson Airplane. This list may be redundent (since I haven't been able to listen ALL the time), but here are my requests:

On the blues side, from '67 to around '71, how about more Mayall, Butterfield, Johnny Winter, James Cotton, Taj Mahal, Albert King and the Allman Brothers. Also, is there any Peter Green era Fleetwood Mac?

Anyone who was around then knows King Crimson weren't 'Prog-rock'---that term came later---ALL the new music from that era was Progressive! So on the 'Hard Rock' and 'Art Rock' side artists from '68 to around '73:

Mountain, Jethro Tull, Ten Years After, Vanilla Fudge, Grand Funk (1969-70 for those bands) CREAM, HENDRIX, Cactus, King Crimson, Deep Purple, ELP, Mahavishnu Orchestra, Santana, Spooky Tooth and Yes. And of course: HOT TUNA! Jack and Jorma!!! Acoustic or electric!

Lothar and the Hand People and Ultimate Spinach would be OK also. Seriously, a couple more I haven't heard anyone mention: Sir Lord Baltimore, Boomerang (Mark Stein's band post V.Fudge) and Curved Air...

    Thanks for a great job!!!!!
