You know, Bill Graham got kind of a bad rap as a ruthless businessman over the years. But, listen to his introduction for Malo in this week's rotation. The guy was honestly into getting music to as many people as possible, and exposing us to things we would not have ever heard (like the Preservation Hall Jazz Band, also in this week's rotation.)

The music business is a tough one and perhaps the 1970s did show Wolfgang drifting into the big arena, big money thing, but sometimes the tides of history take you where you didn't intend or want to go. I don't think he had an autobiography. For you music fans out there, a fanstastic autobiography about the music industry is "A Life in Music" by George Wein, he who created the Newport Folk and the Newport Jazz festivals. Try it, you'll like it.
