Vault radio is great. A couple of artists I would like to suggest are The 13th Floor Elevators, Flatt and Scruggs and Genesis.

I am not positive Bill put on any of the Elevators shows but they played SF a lot so it is entirely possible he did.

I have on video a german documentary of genesis from the 1974 Lamb Lies Down on Broadway tour where it Bill is interviewed and appears to be promoting some West coast tour dates.

The classic bluegrass group, Flatt and Scruggs played the avalon with the Grass Roots of America opening. Not sure if it was a Bill Graham production but if it was it should be great. Flatt and scruggs apparently really got into Dylan in the late 60's as they released several Dylan covers but I have never heard a live recording. Their fiddle player at the time was Charlie Daniels.

Keep up the great work. I really enjoy hearing both the stuff I am familiar with and things that passed me by at the time.
