Not a truer statement has been made.  I hope nobody ever confuses jack casady for jack bruce.  Casady just completly blows bruce out of the water.  His ground breaking tone and technique is just unbelievable.  and his bass solos actually take you somewhere instead of just showing off how fast you can play like bruce does.  Not to mention, being a sanfransico musician hes played with all of the improv greats adding his amazing sounds.  And plus if Jimi Hendrix, who everyone seems to praise, chose jack casady too play with him, then obviously he has much of jack bruce, who can't seem to play his way out of a twelve bar blues.  To say otherwise is just outright ignorant.
