    Who Philadelphia '73

Nice show!  Thanks for this one.  Of course there is a date/location controversy on the KBFH broadcast being this Phillidelphia show and/or the Largo show a couple days later.  Any evidence to back up the date of this one?  Any possibility of the other show coming soon?

A great show despite the timing issues with the Quad material. Too bad they didn't include the whole show; the See Me jam is a true Who highlight-the power of the band is unreal. I'm not sure it's ever been established what songs came from where-Largo or Philly but I think it's mostly Philly. Check out longliverock dot org. It's oked by Pete (I checked) and there are plenty of free lossless and DVD downloads of various sound/video quality available-please donate. It's ok to charge for this classic show but include all the music that's available and the wonderful interviews please.  This will probably get me banned..oh well

    Re: Who Philadelphia '73

This stream in fact is from the Capital Center, Landover, MD 12/06/73 NOT the Philly Spectrum.  I have an audience recording of the Philly show, where Roger clearly says "Philly" several times throughout the show.  I compared it to the songs broadcast in '74 and the one song later broadcast (My Wife) in '99 and they ALL match the Philly recording.  Furthermore, ALL of the songs in this stream do NOT match the Philly recordings either the audience or radio broadcast.  Therefore all7 tracks from this tream are from Landover 12/06/73.

Great piece of info!  I guess this means that the Tales of the Who bootleg is most or all of the Philadelphia show.  I believe that I'm One is stronger on Tales of.... and the version of See Me Feel Me is the best live version I've ever heard.
