    Re: Downloads are Here

Credit cards are our only payment method currently, we're looking to add Paypal but no schedule yet.

We only sell full concert downloads at the Vault, not individual cuts.

    Cheers - Mr. PC

    Re: Downloads are Here

As many others have said, this is a great site that just keeps getting better. Nevertheless, I can't help but feel a little disappointed at the initial offering of downloads. After months of waiting, I was hoping to see at least one of my must-have shows on the list. I am well aware that obtaining permission to sell music for some of these artists will be difficult, if not impossible. Should I assume that certain big-name artists (e.g. Rolling Stones, David Bowie, Elton John, Led Zeppelin, Neil Young, Pink Floyd, Fleetwood Mac) may never be available for download? While there are many fine artists among your first 52, none of them is what I would consider a really big name. I can only hope that you have obtained permission to sell some bigger name artists and are merely holding those ones back for now. I know you have etablished a flat per-concert fee for downloads. I can't speak for others, but I would even be willing to pay more for certain artists, especially if they were also available in a lossless format. Anyway, at least I can continue streaming my favorite shows while I wait for them to become available. Looking forward to see what's added in the weeks and months to come.

Totally Fair - Downloads are Here

Some of these concerts are so precious. There are many things that I hate paying for in this world, but there is nothing about the $9.98 that bothers me at all. I will slowly collect my favorites. Thanks!

    Re: Downloads are Here

Here, Here! Page & the boys are not poor by any stretch of the imagination. We love their music and want them to get royalties etc. and besides these shows will sell by the thousands (at least). Make these shows avialable and everyone will be happy. Get the lawyers out of the way so we can turn up the volume!

    Re: Downloads are Here

Yeah quick question.  Uhhh where are the big names?  All of the concerts are worthless to me as of right now to purchase.  Where are the who, zep, flying burrito bros, etc...  These names for purchase as of right now are b-list.  When you add Santana and Cream guys, then we'll talk.

    Re: Downloads are Here

Again thanks for making the concerts that you have available. I'm certain that the larger names (bands) will come. I'm sure Wolfgang's is checking out how much they're going to need to upgrade or stay the same with their servers. I'm (and I'm sure many other people) just waiting for the lossless before I start buying!!!

    Re: big band names

for thoes asking "where are all the BIG names??" i think the answer is , the big names are all still in court.  From reports in the news (yes real news sources on all the news sites -yahoo, google, etc...) a large number of bands, including  the grateful dead, santana, the jefferson airplane and led zepplen, have (at least were) filing a lawsuit to shut-down the streeming portion of the site.  so one can imagine that getting them to sign on  for someone else to be sellng their concerts might take a little more time... if it can happen at all.

but i know i'll be checking out some info, to make sure that the bands are truely happy with the deal, then i'm gonna be MORE than happy to support the great bands and this awsome site.

    peace, love & understanding

I'd love to see a Humble Pie from the Frampton area. West, Bruce and Laing, King Crimson, Ten Years After, Jethro Tull doing "Thick as a Brick" the entire album, Let's get to the good stuff and you can have all my money!!!!!!!!!!

    Re: Downloads are Here

Great site but must say I am disappointed at the initial offerings. How about offfering us some of the overlooked classic/progressive rock bands. Please consider some 70s era Tull, some Yes, Supertramp, more early Genesis and of course .... More Zappa please.

Could someone please post a possible month or date when lossless will be available? The traffic here will increase exponentially!
