    Re: What's Goin' On

I just wanted to say thank you very much.. Your work is much appreciated.. I am a very young grandma and my grown children have never heard some of the music available on here. My son likes to play guitar and I know that being able to hook him up with your site will broaden his music base..

    Thanks again and take care.

    Re: What's Goin' On

I see what's going on... you're getting all of us addicted to the site, then you'll ask for the green. By that time, I'll be so hoocked, I'll probably just sell my soul :). Anyway, keep up the good work, this is awesome.

Thank you for this. It is a special treat for an Australian who missed out on seeing many of these performers live.

    Re: What's Goin' On

First off - thanks. Its the holy grail of live rock n roll.

Any update on when downloads will be available and any details on file format etc (I assume after all the effort you guys have been through to transfer and restore the music, that the downloads will be uncompressed file formats - please say yes). Sitting here waiting to tap my bank account. You guys make my day every day. Thanks again

    Re: What's Goin' On

Thanks a lot for creating this fantastic website. The Allman Brothers Band concerts are especially brilliant! I hope you continue to add more great concerts to your website and thanks again for one of the best websites on the internet.

    Re: What's Goin' On

Keep up the good work...what a pleasant surprise the sound quality has been on the overwhelming majority of the concerts, even the very early ones. I was at (among other shows featured on your site) the great Black Sabbath's 8/5/75 show in Asbury Park, NJ. Who would've ever thought that I'd be sitting here, almost 32 years later, listening to it and having it sound as clear as a bell? Thanks, and hang in there!

PS...any Tull forthcoming? I know Ian is tough to deal with, as even iTunes can only garner one studio track by Tull.

    Re: What's Goin' On

What can i say that hasnt been said. This is just pure brilliance and has been a huge thrill for me since I was to young to attend these amazing shows. Just keep adding more shows and this will be the most popular website on the net for music. Lets see some Van Halen, Def Leppard, Foreigner, Guns N Roses and my fav orite The Doobie Brothers. Thanks Again for making such a special site.

    Re: What's Goin' On

I just wanted to express my gratitude and delight in the discovery of this wonderful archive. Thank you for enabling us all to share in the wealth of  all this rich  musical history which, had it been purchased by a lesser, greedier person might have been locked away for no-one else to enjoy. What a wonderful gesture to allow us all to listen together. Many Many thank yous!!!! Can't wait for those downloads to become available!

    Re: What's Goin' On

This site is amazing.  One question though.  Assuming that the artists are being paid via their BMI, ASCAP, etc...how can someone afford the millions that it must cost in the licensing fees and royalties for all of these artists, and why would they do it, assuming that they can?  It seems dumbfounding to me.  I'll enjoy this site as long as it stays up though.  Thanks for all of the great music!  Really, a lot of classic stuff.  Just listened to Neil Young & Crazy Horse at the Fillmore East, 1970...brilliant!!!

    nj to florida:

you just blew my mind with the seatrain show!! been waiting and asking and it has been worth the wait. this show is definitely during their most productive period after the first 2 capitol lps.(their second and third lps overall.)

these 2 lps  seatrain-self titled and produced by george martin!! yes that george martin!!!

and marblehead messenger are my 2 favorite lps of all time. still!!!!

this show features the strongest material of these 2 lps plus flute thing which they did on their very 1st lp before a lineup change and the 2 capitol lps.

thanks a bunch my life is complete.

will look for more seatrain shows in future. hope u got more in there. and while your at it more wishbone ash who was on the bill with seatrain this incredible night. i CAN NOT believe i did not go to this show.
