    Re: Concert Vault Feedback

Is there a reason that the tab for "Most Commented" now searches the most total comments, instead of the most comments in the last 30 days? This basically insures that the same concerts remain on the list, and make it all but impossible to determine where new information about individual concerts has surfaced.

Re:video in crawdaddy for classic rockers

entrance band is my first recomendation from the video crawdaddy files and check em out in wvault for a whole audio experiance.

havent seen em yet but 2 roky erickson clips are there from 2007. who remembers 13th floor elevators?? yeah thats roky.

hey vault any 13th floor elevators to yank out of the vault???

OTHERWISE...the rest of the clips(50 in all-individual songs) are there to check out. u can leave feedback just like the vault.

the above 2 artists are the only 2 artists that might interest old time rockers. but check out the videos and report back here if u think more of us adult types might appreciate em.

What a disappointment this site has become. Yeah, there's still a wide variety of great stuff here, but it's been a long time since we heard about video footage and lossless downloads and still nothing.

WAKE UP PEOPLE!!   IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN!!

I've been wondering the same for years, certainly a flaw in the forum lay out, as it ought to be easy and obvious.

Also, what is going on with the weekly instalments of new shows?

This is the 2nd Wednesday of nothing new. Instead we have the Ash Grove gigs filling in, which are great. But what gives with the lessening of new stuff that was regularly submitted?

Yes, I'm spoiled, and used to getting the weekly fix of what could be a real jolt of boogie woogie flu.

    Now I'm jonesing!

    Re: Concert Vault Feedback

If you really think that artists trying to protect their intellectual property from free loading maggots, apparantly the ilk such as you, somehow makes them suck then you are sadly mistaken.  Realize this- If they really sucked so much you wouldn't be trying to get them for free on Napster now would you.  If they really sucked so much you wouldn't be wasting your time trying to talk smack about them on WV now would you?  You're the one who sucks.  You actually swallow too.  So all that is left to say is don't talk with your mouth full.  LOL.

Dude you are responding to a post that is 2 months old and dead. Your argument is juvenile and moronic. Besides that you seem to have a problem with your comprehension. He isn't asking for Metallica. He's asking for the Guess Who. He said Metallica was greedy. He's right. They are. That's OK they have every right to be. Maybe you just had trouble reading it cause you got something in your eyes? Less talking more swallowing!

Hello VaultKeepers, Longtime no read greenninja5150!I say it's ironic that Metallica feels like they do about free downloads. If it wasn't for people trading free tapes & the word of mouth/buzz that created, they probebly would've had a lot harder time making it.Let's remember-free music via the net is also free publicity!!The guy that drBLOWHARD777 responded to even apolagized afew posts later way before DrNO777 posted.Doc, the 1st half of your WV "handle" is the name of a good movie, try not to TARNISH it with such foolish posts. You're a punk& a hotaired putz!-GTRZAN

Re: Re:video in crawdaddy for classic rockers FLAC is available...

well there hasn't been this much activity in the forum since the downloads started.

first! this is a great week of releases from the vault.5 great classic concerts including the first show by the NICE.

i must take credit for the NICE show since i requested it a while back. but as i always say they DO get to it if they have it. KEEP REQUESTING!!  especially if the group is not yet represented in the vault. MANY MANY OF MY REQUESTS HAVE SHOWN UP WITHIN WEEKS OF ASKING FOR THEM!!

I WILL PETITION THE LORDS OF WV TO release a list of artists/concerts not yet available on the vault for us to peruse and give feedback on what we are interested in. i have asked before and will look for it sometime in the future.

THE VAULT CONTINUES TO GROW AND RESPOND TO THE DEMANDS OF ITS LISTENERS!!

both video and FLAC are now available in the vault as demanded by us. unfortunately the video so far is not the classic footage most are looking for BUT i see it as a step forward to what they promised a couple years ago.

the first FLAC downloads are from the ash grove library. again not my cup of tea but i see it as a positive step!!

KEEP TUNED!! and KEEP REQUESTING nice-ly. they do listen even  if they dont answer the feedback. they just take time to respond by fulfilling what they can.

    LOVE THE VAULT!!

    regards, "rpm"
