    How To Use Concert Vault Support

    Welcome to the Concert Vault Support Forum.  We have tried to make the Concert Vault as easy and intuitive to use as possible, but questions will always come up.  The forums are a great place to find answers and compare notes with other users having similar experiences to yours.

     

    Before posting a question in the forums we suggest you do a few things first:

     

    1. If you have a problem, can you reproduce it consistently?  Before trying to reproduce a problem, always clear your browser's cache first, then close your browser, then come back to the site and try it.

       

      To clear your cache in Internet Explorer, click on Tools -> Internet Options -> Delete Files.
      In Firefox click Tools -> Clear Private Data -> Clear Private Data Now (make sure "Browsing History" is checked).
      In Safari click Safari -> Empty Cache

       

    2. Check the Concert Vault HELP page.  Frequently asked questions and answers to them will be posted here.

       

    3. Search these forums for your issue.  Someone may have already asked your questions and gotten an answer to it; just type one or two words relating to your issue (like "stream stops") and click on the GO button.

       

    If these don't answer your question then please post a new thread. Please tell us what kind of PC you're using (Windows, Mac or Linux), OS version, browser type (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari) and then describe your issue.
