    All of you who read this thread will want to know about this week's concerts.  We've released the Philadelphia and Capital Center 1973 shows in their entirety (almost - we are missing one track from the Philadelphia show).

    Also, while "Relax" is noted as incomplete, no mention is made of the fact that "A Quick One While He's Away" is also incomplete. The first part of the song is missing and begins with the Ivar the Engine Driver section.


    They ran out of tape which is why there are the gaps in Rael/Relax and A Quick One.


    I don't think so. Every version of this show I've heard, including the one here, seems to be sourced from acetate. There are clicks and pops all over and sibilance is often quite bad, as if the stylus wasn't tracking well. Relax is particularly distorted, which would make sense if it was the inner track on an acetate. Note that My Generation also fades out.

    Ya I was going to say something too. But You are right Harry Peace and Love and no slamming please.

    Now back to the main point. The Who were very loud and heavy..great stuff to hear them
