    TidMode:
I miss the old historical tidbits that vault radio showed for each performer/performance. That really enhanced the experience. Hope you can put em back.

We do have the full concert write-ups when you listen using the concert player  - some of these are amaizing. You should deffinately check thoes out. My favorite is the Sabbath write-up, but then again I like Sabbath a lot.

    Re: Concert Vault Feedback

Hi - great job with the new web site. Slick!

Where can we post feedback on corrections to information/set lists on concerts currently uploaded? The Cream forum I request is now open - some of the tracks listed from the LA concert are wrong and I've posted to the Cream forum detailing these:

    http://forums.wolfgangsvault.com/forums/thread/5090.aspx

Do Vault people visit these boards or is this the best place to list any corrections?

Thanks - looking forward to seeing all the stuff you're preparing.

    Re: Concert Vault Feedback

Black Sabbath 09/02/1978 Pittsburgh Civic Arena
Nice to see this one finally released in almost it's complete entirety. Only the opener Symptom of the Universe is missing.

I've been hoping that ol' Wolfie had a bit more Sabbath in his vault. So far the only Sabbath has come from the KBFH. Are any of the following in Wolfie's vault?

    Fillmore West November 20,21 & 22, 1970
    Winterland October 1 & 2, 1971
    Winterland August 31, 1975

Last week you mentioned a very early Zep video that was found and will take 6-12 months to restore. Have any Sabbath videos been discovered in the vault?

    Re: Concert Vault Feedback

While we're passing out kudos, it was a classy move to include the full Devil's Kitchen concert after the individual tracks drew such (deserved) praise. Really enjoyed reading the comments of the lead singer/guitarist as well.

Here's a question I may have missed, but haven't seen the answer to: Were only the headliners in a concert taped? For instance, I attended the Sept 12, 1969 Fillmore West concert. (Drove 600 miles from Oregon) which featured the Steve Miller Band as headliners. But also on the bill were the James Cotton Blues Band and Keef Hartley. Some mighty fine blues were played that night. Were they all captured on tape?

    Re: Concert Vault Feedback

I've been listening for some time now, and find you music and site to be the best on the net.  When might you be broadcasting the music over satellite?

  •  11-12-2006, 8:47 AM 5110 in reply to 5105

    Best site on the net!

You have just created the best site on the internet. Not just because you are providing this treasure trove of gold, but because you are doing so FOR FREE.

Wolfgang's Vault IS the the golden age of rock and certainly embodies the spirit with which rock was delivered. With love!

Keep the streams free and we (the listeners) will make you a deal. When you start selling all this great stuff on CD and DVD, WE WILL BUY IT LIKE CRAZY!

Please dig up some R.E.M., Talking Heads, Blind Faith, Johnny Cash, James Brown, Bob Seger and Buffalo Springfield.

    THANKS

    Re: Concert Vault Feedback

    Completely agree.

I just wanted to thank whoever took the time and effort to put these great recordings up for public listening.

I am just rocking out to the Van Morrison Bottom Line Show 11-1-78, absolutely unreal.  What a tremendous joy to find this site.

    Thank you! Thank you!

    Re: Concert Vault Feedback

I agree that I'll love seeing more Mothers of Invention when it gets here...which I'm hoping and expecting it will (soon would be grand).  And I'm not one to generally get sappy, but in the 60s when I was twelve I used to sneak into my brother's room after our parents went to bed to listen to underground FM radio, he gave me his entire record collection (Allman Bros-Zappa) when he converted to cassettes in the 70s, and that and attending concerts changed a troubled life.  To have these archives accessible to myself and the world--well, it means a lot even beyond its value as entertainment and musical history.  Thanks so much.

    MR ROBOTO:
Are you referring to these Mothers: the Mothers of Invention perhaps?

    Are  there other Mothers?

The concert vault rocks! Thanks! Please include more FZ material.
