Not really, live_historian.  We know in fact that all the tracks from Live were from Leicester except Return of the Giant Hogweed, and the only song performed at Leicester that does not appear on the album at all is Supper's Ready, and this is available from one of the many fan remasters/trading tapes of the test pressing LPs of this album, which DID include Supper's Ready.

KBFH got their copy for broadcast from Charisma records directly so it is unlikely you would hear anything different.

    live_historian:

Thanks for the PHENOMENAL Genesis "Lamb" concert, you're so right about this being a holy grail realized.  The Genesis community is incredibly excited about the streams you've provided.  Genesis management have been tantalizing fans with the proposition of Archive releases for ages, but as the years roll on they sound like empty words.  Wolfgang's Vault with its pioneering efforts have delivered so much more in a short space of time.

So dare I ask what next?

We know that the first Genesis Live album from the foxtrot tour was compiled from a couple of shows recorded by King Biscuit at Manchester and Leicester UK.  Chances are that the full unedited, undubbed shows are now lying dormant in your archive.  Please dig them out, dust them off and let the world hear the power and the glory of more early Genesis!

    I SECOND THAT !

What a flashback.  I was fortunate enough to see this tour in Houston at the Music Hall.  Box seats in the middle.  Over 30 years later and over 100 concerts later and it was still the best "show" I was fortunate enough to attend. Thanks for the memory's!

    Hi Speedy,

Liner notes on Live say that the recording was made by King Biscuit, in which case Charisma got their 4 track master from KB rather than the other way round.  Also Armando Gallo's book mentions the recording was made by KB.  Of course liner notes are not always correct, but so far that's all the evidence we have.  Chances are you're right about no more being preserved, but pessimism never gets us anywhere does it?  ;)
