    Re: Welcome to Concert Vault

This is really unbelievable. Thanks for putting all these great performances out here for us. This is exactly what the freedom of the internet should be for - the sharing of the best of what man has to offer.

    Re: Welcome to Concert Vault

I think that there is a saying "To each his own."  All R&B lovers have their own interpretation of what is a good concert...and if you weren't there to enjoy the live music.  How can YOU say it is "bubble-gum"?  How old are you anyway?  When did you see "The Who"?  Post Moon?  What do you value as a f**ken great concert?  Different strokes for different folks...so on...and so on!  As for Marley.......you ever go to any of his *JAH* shows for that matter.  What the hell do rich white chicks have to do with rock anyway...skanks...groupies...wanna *** the lead singer cunts...have always been a part of the rock scene.  GET OVER IT!  Enjoy the music!

    Re: Welcome to Concert Vault

Hey, Just stumbled upon this site for the first time tonight.  What can I say?  I'm sitting here like a little kid in a sweet shop, I'm spoilt for choice deciding who I should listen too next. The Who at the fillomore, Big Country at my local venue; The Barrowlands, maybe The Clash? some Sabbath?

I reckon I could be spending some time here.

    Fantastic!

    RobC:

Is there a way to access these radio streams with an external application such as Winamp? If not now, when?
Winamp has more sound adjustments like trebble and base.

    Thanks for any replay, RobC

    Rob,

At this time the only way to hear Concert Vault and Vault Radio is to stream the content via our player.

    Re: Happy Birthday!

New to to the Vault.  After looking through the concerts, I have found bunch that I attended.  I lived in San Rafael from '68 to '86.  My first show was NRPS/Waylon Jennings/The Grateful Dead.  The very next week I saw The Tubes/Lee Michales/????/ Led Zep.  This was in 1972 at Kezar.

My first Winterland show was a few weeks later.  REO Speedwagon/Framptons Camel/The Doobie Bros.

I was at Winterlan or some BGP show almost every weekend after.

    Re: Welcome to Concert Vault

Awesome site. Visited here a few times until i came accross the tom Petty concert from 1980, now I'm hooked. Listening to dire straights from `83 as I'm writing this. Great concert. also never thought I would ever hear Wishbone Ash live again. Thanks for bringing this all back in a format I can enjoy while "working".

Unfreaking believable Tom Petty show from 1980.  It's a dream come true to hear the Heartbreakers live during this period.
THANK YOU SO MUCH for this site.

Would love to see some Jeff Beck, James Gang, Faces, Lou Reed, Earl Scruggs Review......

    Thanks Again.
