the new player does not want to open in fire fox 3.  A new window appears however it remains empty.  I had to use IE to listen to the new Tull at hammersmith set.  Not cool

Sounds like you need to upgrade Flash for FF3.  While in FF3, google "download Flash player", get to Adobe's page, install the latest version, close your browser and then re-launch, and you should be all set.

If this doesn't do it, you'll need to do a full uninstall / reinstall of Flash.  This is documented on our HELP page.

I've got the same problem in Linux (I posted another thread earlier but never got a response).  The player works fine in FF2, but not FF3.  For the last couple of months, I've been using the Evince browser instead.  Today, when I load up Evince and try to login, the javascript that processes the login doesn't appear to run at all.  I also tried Konqueror and Opera today.  They (and FF3) will let me login, but not launch the player.  The window comes up but it's blank.  I'm running the latest version of Flash available (9.0 r124) and other flash web apps run fine.

What gives?  I need to have my vault fix...

Same here. Upgraded to FF3.03, got the latest Flash plugin. Empty player window says Done. Not funny.
