    In the 1970s

In Bill Wyman's autobiography he said Led Zeppelin was the biggest band in the 1970s.

John Bonham threw George Harrison into a swimming pool, not sure if Hendrix was ever in the same room with any Beatle?

John Lennon, Mick Jaggar, Paul McCartney and everybody else from the hip 1960s London culture were in the audience for the 1/9/70 Royal Albert Hall Zeppelin show. I think Eric Clapton gave Jimmy Page his girl friend at this show?

Kieth Moon & John Entwistle wanted to quick the Who and form a band with Jimmy Page.

In 1975, the band was invited to Evis Presley's home in LA, I think they turned him down?

Led Zep never appeared (Live) on Don Kirshner's, Midnight Special, In Concert, Top Of The Pops, Beat Club, Rockpalast, Musik Laden, Disco, Sat Night Live, American Bandstand, Ed Sullivan or any other TV show from the 1970s, but they sold out EVERY concert they ever performed in the 1970s. I don't think even the Beatles can make that claim?

I guess it's a matter of taste (for sure) but it also has alot to do with popularity. If a band is not popular, they have no staying power. Led Zep has staying power!

Let see some film from the Vault, I want it all and I want it now, PLEASE?

Elvis did indeed invite members of Zep to see him.  He and John Paul Jones exchanged watches.  If memory serves, JPJ made a return visit, too.

Hendrix and the Beatles partied like the rock Gods they were. Back in Shagadelic Swinging London. And Zep was all over Finnish TV.
