I know there has to be more floyd that was recorded besides the one in 4-29-70 at the filmore. It would rock if the other shows got up and going on the site!

I just listened to Floyd at the Electric Factory in Philly from Sept 26, 1970.  Smoking show and great sound for an audience recording.  Ambient but it contributes to the sound in a good way!

yea that show is sick, lots of experimenting going on, especially in interstellar overdrive, which is one of the best versions i have ever heard them play it live.

How about Oakland Coliseum 5/9/77 and 5/10/77??

Yes, please consider adding one of the Oakland '77 shows. Animals was a goddamned masterpiece and plenty of people have just skipped over it in favor of Dark Side or WYWH.

I agree with what everyone is saying about more Floyd.

Personally I would like more of the older stuff with Sid, but more Floyd is always better than less.

I agree, let's have a show uploaded from the Animals tour!  I really enjoy listening to the recordings from this tour.  It would be good to have something from the previous tour featuring Raving and Drooling and You've Got to be Crazy.

I think it'd be great to hear a recording of the original darkside of the moon tour. I doubt ANYONE would be able to find it, and if they did I doubt it'd be in good condition. But I'd still love to hear it.

I saw Floyd perform "Dark Side Of The Moon" in March of 1973 at the Boston Music Hall and if there's a chance anyone has tapes of these shows it would be great to hear them again

 

But if not it will always be in my head...It was a show one could never forget

 

I woke up from a drunken smoked out stupper around 2:00am one night at a 3 day festival in Germany in 1973 to them starting Dark Side of the Moon with the fog and lights raising up from the ground.  To this day that  has been the most memorable song and experience, I have ever seen or heard at a concert.  It would be great to hear some of those shows but I think this site is geared to just Bill Grahams time at the healm, which I don't think he was back then?

Floyd in 1977 was fantastic!saw them june 19th at soilders field in chicago.....great sound,great everything.recordings of that tour are out there.variations of absenece is from  1975 and1977 tour but the quality is not that great .get some more !!!!!!!!
